Dushanbe. 7 September. “Asia Plus” — Today, on September 7, the speaker of Tajik parliament lower house Shukurjon Zuhurov held a regular meeting of Majlisi Oli of the Republic, which examined the question of amending a number of laws of the country.
As said the spokesman for the lower house of parliament Muhammadato Sultonov, in particular the Council has considered the draft amendments to the Law “On state registration of civil status”, “On licensing of certain activities”, “On Public Associations”, “On State Registration of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs”, “On State Duty”, “On other compulsory payments to the budget”.
The Council has also considered the issues related to the introduction of Law amendments of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the State Budget of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2015”, the law “On insurance savings of individuals,” “On pension security of servicemen”.
The Council has also considered the issues related to the ratification of the Grant Agreement for the project “Improvement of the Dushanbe International Airport” between the Japan International Cooperation Agency and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Grant Agreement between the Republic of Tajikistan and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on the allocation of investment grants from the Special Joint Stock Fund of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for the realization of the project “Development of road maintenance”, “On Loan Agreement between the Republic of Tajikistan and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development project to improve highway Dushanbe – border of Uzbekistan” and “On accession of the Republic of Tajikistan to the International Convention on the Simplification and on Simplification and Harmonization customs procedures “.
