DUSHANBE, January 4, 2016, Asia-Plus – A 21-year-old resident of Khatlon’s Farkhor district has been detained with a large amount of cannabis in Dushanbe.
According to the Interior Ministry’s website, a resident of the Farkhor district was detained in Dushanbe on suspicion of drug trafficking on January 3.
30.325 kilograms of cannabis were reportedly found hidden in his Opel.
Criminal proceedings have been instituted against alleged drug peddler and an investigation is under way.
