In relation to Z. Boronbekov – a resident of the administrative center of GBAO of Khorog city was initiated a criminal case by the city Prosecutor”s office under the articles 328 (use of force against representatives of the authorities) and 330 (insult of representatives of authorities) of the criminal code of Tajikistan.
As the press centre of the Prosecutor General of Tajikistan detained, a citizen, while driving a car with illegally tinted windows, did not obey the requirements of the traffic policemen and didn”t stop.
Moreover, after some time he returned to the post of traffic policemen and was stabbed inspectors Davlatmamadov D. and Leiliev E.
In the near future criminal proceedings in respect of the above mentioned citizen will begin the court of Khorog.
