Preparation of the draft State budget of Tajikistan for 2017 continues on the previously approved schedule, reports the Ministry of Finance.

It is noted that on the meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on preparation of the state Budget have been considered the draft budgets of the defense agencies and other law enforcement agencies.

The report said that the Commission had considered the draft income and expenditure budgets for 2017 of Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous region, Khatlon and Sughd regions, Dushanbe city, cities and districts of Republican subordination, as well as the sectorial ministries and departments of the Republic.

The Finance Ministry stated that in every meeting of the Commission taking part officials of ministries, departments and agencies that are directly involved in making appropriate agreed collective decision, which are formalized by the protocol.

“The ongoing steps of interagency budget Commission are aimed at identifying quality indicators revenues and expenditures of the state Budget, ensuring its transparency, which will lead to the formation of an effective and balanced budget,” – said the first Deputy Minister of Finance of Tajikistan Jamshed Karimzoda.
