President Emomali Rahmon has ordered to work a free legal awareness website so that people could have access to normative and legal documents.

According to the Tajik president’s official website, the Ministry of Justice is authorized to create the website and ensure regular operation of the website, which should be launched by July 1, 2017.

Meanwhile, there are already two websites in Tajikistan publishing legal documents.

The National Center for Legislation under the President of Tajikistan posts all laws and codes adopted by the parliament on its website www.mmk.tj in two languages – Tajik and Russian.

The Ministry of Justice also posts all normative and legal documents on its website www.adlia.tj.  But access to the full texts of documents on the ministry’s website is chargeable.
