Rustam Emomali instructed the prosecutor's office to step up preventive work, especially in the field of crimes against sexual integrity, as well as to strengthen the fight against illegal land grabbing, unauthorized construction and unreasonable inspections.

The Mayor paid special attention to the problems in the judicial system, expressing dissatisfaction with the delay in the consideration of cases. He called for measures to be taken against judges whose actions undermine citizens' trust in justice.

A positive trend was also noted a decrease in juvenile delinquency compared to last year. However, the mayor of the capital pointed out the need to continue preventive work, including measures to prevent fires, road accidents and conduct a broad awareness campaign among the population.
