The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) is looking for a modern and secure office premise in Khujand city to establish a new field office.
We require:
- A building of 250+ sqm, newly built, requiring no or minimum renovation.
- Residential (houses), commercial, or other types of buildings. There are no restrictions on the kind of facility offered, provided it meets functional requirements.
- Separate rooms for 20+ staff, conference, kitchen, IT/server room, and prayer.
- Secure compound with fencing, CCTV, and a guard room.
- Reliable 3-phase electricity and central water supply.
- On-site parking with a canopy and yard space for satellite equipment.
