The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) is looking for a modern and secure office premise in Khujand city to establish a new field office.

We require:

  • A building of 250+ sqm, newly built, requiring no or minimum renovation.
  • Residential (houses), commercial, or other types of buildings. There are no restrictions on the kind of facility offered, provided it meets functional requirements.
  • Separate rooms for 20+ staff, conference, kitchen, IT/server room, and prayer.
  • Secure compound with fencing, CCTV, and a guard room.
  • Reliable 3-phase electricity and central water supply.
  • On-site parking with a canopy and yard space for satellite equipment.

  • Completed Annex I EOI Response Form,
  • Completed Annex II Vendor Registration Form
  • All other relevant documents as required by this EOI.
