Kyrgyz inspection bodies to prove legality of business activity checkups

Inspection bodies of Kyrgyzstan have to prove to the prosecutor’s office legality of business activities’ checkups, Prosecutor- General of the Kyrgyz Republic Elmurza Satybaldiev informed the press conference at the news agency “24.kg” on Friday, May 15.

The Kyrgyz Prosecutor General’s Office is working out regulations on unified business subjects’ inspection procedure. Satybaldiev said that draft of procedure rules has been already completed. Government institutions, primarily internal revenue and law-enforcement services, will have to prove terms, reasons and legality of business activities’ inspections.

He pointed that the Prosecutor General’s Office intended to pay special attention to unplanned and repeated inspections.

“Previously businessmen came to the prosecutor’s office to defend their rights. Now it will be inspection authorities who come to ground checkups,” Elmurza Satybaldiev said.
