Education ministry determines list of candidates for commission to vet quality of education this year

-Plus – Tajik Ministry of Education has determined a list of candidates for a commission to assess the professionalism of teachers and quality of education in the republic.  

The Education Ministry course has told Asia-Plus that the list of candidates was sent for consideration to the government.  The commission is expected to consist of representatives from local authorities, ministry of education as well as skilled teachers with long term of service.     

The commission being set up is dedicated to assess the professionalism of teachers and quality of education.  On

December 22 2005

, addressing the republican conference on education issues President Rahmonov expressed dissatisfaction with situation in the country’s education sector.
