Another dismembered body found in Dushanbe

DUSHANBE, May 23, Asia-Plus – Another dismembered body has been found in Dushanbe.

Fragments of dismembered man were found in microrayon 63 of Dushanbe’s Firdavsi district today morning.  Those who live in the neighborhood said they are shocked and disgusted.

Police are still investigating exactly what happened.  They have not yet identified the victim or suspect.

A source at the Dushanbe prosecutor’s office said that medical examiners have established that the man was killed overnight.  The source further added that it cannot be ruled out that this is handwork of maniac killer.

Two months ago, on March 23, Fragments (head, left hand and a part of right hand) of dismembered body of man were discovered at the fence of Botanical Gardens in Dushanbe.

The prosecutor noted that it is practically impossible to identify the victim.  “What is more, we have not yet received any applications about people having gone missing,” he said.
