The Prosecutor General’s Office of Tajikistan opened a criminal case against Kyrgyz military personnel and civilians

The General Prosecutor's Office of Tajikistan opened a criminal case against a group of servicemen and citizens of Kyrgyzstan on charges of aggression, murder of two or more people, deliberate violation of international human rights standards and sabotage.

This was reported by the press service of the department.

The statement of the prosecutor's office, which was published on the official website on the evening of September 22, says that the Kyrgyz military used military equipment and firearms of various brands, including drones, in order to violate the independence, integrity of Tajikistan and usurp the country's territory, carried out an armed attack on Tajik border checkpoints and settlements located in the cities and districts of Isfara, Kanibadam, Bobojon Gafurov, Jabbor Rasulov and Lakhsh.
