, April 5, Asia-Plus – President Emomali Rahmonov has provided aid to an orphanage located in the district of Shahrinav. By president’s order 210,816 Somonis have been provided from presidential reserve fund for providing assistance to the Shahrinav orphanage, presidential press service reported.
According to presidential press service, five computers and one printer, as well as children’s clothing and bedding have been handed over to the orphanage.
The orphanage is a home for 227 children; of them, 21 have neither father nor mother.
As it had been reported earlier, President Rahmonov yesterday paid a working visit to the Shahrinav and Hissor districts for the purpose of familiarizing himself with socioeconomic situation and a progress of sown campaign in these districts.
