’s intends to declare property amnesty to physical entities.
President Emomali Rahmonov ordered the government to work out a bill on property amnesty at a joint meeting of
Tajikistan
’s parliament on April 20.
“All have to fill in declarations detailing the amount and source of their income and pay taxes,” Rahmonov said, noting that at present it is very difficult to distinguish civil servant from entrepreneur.
“After a large-scale inspection is made all unregistered properties will be confiscated,” Rahmonov said.

January 1 2006
, all state employees have to submit declarations detailing the amount and source of their income to the Ministry of State Revenues and Tax Collections.
