DUSHANBE, January 7, 2013, Asia-Plus – In 2012, Dushanbe International Airport reportedly served more than one million passengers.
Dushanbe International Airport held a concluding meeting to review the results of last year’s work last Friday.
696,804 passengers were reportedly sent from Dushanbe airport last year, which is 15.5 percent more than in 2011 (588,767 passengers), and 604,648 passengers arrived in Dushanbe airport in 2012, which is 11.1 percent more than in 2011 (537,842 passengers).
A total 1,582.606 tons of customer’s cargo needs were served last year, the source said. Dushanbe airport now works with 24 air companies.
