DUSHANBE, September 15, 2008, Asia-Plus — By government’s resolution of September 13 Mahmadullo Qurbonov was relieved of his post of director of the Norak hydroelectric power station (HPS), according to Barqi Tojik (Tajik electric systems) power holding.
Qurbonov was replaced by Rustam Zoghakov, formerly director of the Qurghon Teppa electric systems.
