According to
Rossiyskaya Gazeta
, the Investigative Committee has launched a pre-investigative probe into the incident that took place on December 3.
The Russian Interior Ministry reportedly says that five unidentified men in police uniform drove the abducted person in an unknown direction.
“The abducted person is the 34-year-old man, he has the refugee status,”

quoted Murad Alimuradov, the acting chief of the Vyshnevolotskiy department of the Investigative Committee’s office for Tver, as saying.
According to the preliminary data, the abducted person is wanted by Tajik law enforcement authorities for organizing criminal grouping.
