DUSHANBE, February 26, 2014, Asia-Plus – Zayd Saidov’s defense lawyers Shuhrat Qudratov, Ishoq Tabarov and Fakhriddin Zokirov say they have received threats by SMS from the telephone number 915651308.

“They demand that we give back our statement of claim,” Shuhrat Qudratov told Asia-Plus in an interview.

According to him, it is most likely that it is a matter of the suit they filed against the anticorruption agency chief Abdufattoh Ghoib.

“We have filed the suit after the anticorruption agency chief told journalists on February 4 that we allegedly falsified DNA paternity test carried out by the Moscow lab BioPapa,” Qudratov said.

The lawyers have asked the court to obligate Abdufattoh Ghoib to make a public retraction and pay 1.00 somoni for insulting their honor, dignity and their professional reputation.
