DUSHANBE, July 31, 2008, Asia-Plus  — Since last year, Barqi Tojik power holding has sponsored trained of personnel for the country’s energy sector both at Tajik and foreign universities, according to Barqi Tojik.    

Speaking in an interview with Asia-Plus, Nozir Yodgori, a spokesman for Barqi Tojik, said that that with financial support of the power holding, 331 students currently study at Tajik Technical University, 103 students at Tajik Energy Institute and 34  students at the Qurghon Teppa Polytechnic College.  

Besides, under financial support of Barqi Tojik 12 Tajik students has been sent to Russia and Ukraine to study energy disciplines, the spokesman said.
