Based on the conducted examinations, the confiscated bullets are rim fire caliber 5.6mm, which are standard for several models of rifles, carbines, as well as a number of other samples of rifled firearms. All bullets are undamaged and suitable for shooting.

It was concluded that the man acquired the bullets in one of the Saint Petersburg markets from an unknown man.

A criminal case is opened based on Article 222 of the Russian Criminal Code (Illegal Acquisition, Storage, Transportation, or Carrying of Ammunition). The Tajik citizen is currently under arrest.
