Representatives of CIS states discussing draft agenda of CIS government heads’ meeting

DUSHANBE, March 11, Asia-Plus  — The permanent representatives of the CIS states to the CIS institutional bodies have met in Minsk, Belarus to discuss a draft agenda of a meeting of the CIS heads of government, which will be held in Minsk on May 23, press release issued by the CIS Executive Committee said.  

Some 20 issues have to date been tabled to the CIS government heads meeting’s agenda.  Among them are issues related to humanitarian cooperation among the CIS member nations as well as interaction among them in sectors like economics and providing regional security.  

Besides, the permanent representatives are also discussing draft regulations on national coordinators, draft agreement on status of documents adopted by the CIS bodies, and draft regulations on a procedure of organizing monitoring of implementation of resolutions adopted by the CIS bodies.
