DUSHANBE, May 11, 2016, Asia-Plus – Unsettled weather followed by torrential rain is expected to hit the country within the next four days that may lead to landslides, mudslides and floods, the Committee for Emergency Situations and Civil Defense (CES) under the Government of Tajikistan reports. 

Therefore, CES advises residents and guests of the country not to travel unnecessarily to the dangerous areas.

Farmers and shepherds are advised to be watchful while carrying out agricultural works and grazing cattle, an official source at the CES said.
