DUSHANBE, November 22, Asia-Plus — Raids to control implementation of president’s order banning the use of cell phone and private cars at educational facilities were launched on November 22.
The source at the government said the Deputy Prime Minister Khairnisso Yusufi (formerly Mavlonova) had assumed control over implementation of this order.
During two weeks, specialists will also inspect other issues related to educational process, quality of education, etc.
According to the Ministry of Education (MoE), a commission set up to make the mentioned raids consists of representatives from the ministry and the republican educational-methodological center and is led by Education Minister Abdujabbor Rahmonov.
The source at a MoE noted that deputy Education Minister Farhod Rahimov Wednesday left for Gorno Badakhshan to carry out similar inspections there.
We will recall that the president ordered the ban on phones, cars, and parties in March this year.
