DUSHANBE, June 15 Asia-Plus – President Emomali Rahmon’s working trip to northern Tajikistan is going on. 

Yesterday, he visited a number of farming units in the Konibodom and Bobojonghafurov districts.  

According to presidential press service, the head of state highly appraised activities of bee-keeping farms in Bobojonghafurov.  

In Konibodom, Emomali Rahmon held meeting with senior representatives from local authorities to discuss a progress of implementation of president’s decrees and government’s resolutions on taking measures to ensure socioeconomic development of the region.  He also met with local veterans to discuss issues related to regulating observance of national traditions and rituals.   

In the evening, the president left Konibodom for Isfara, where he is scheduled to visit local industrial and farming units.   

The visit to Sughd will end with a meeting with local authorities in Khujand to sum up Sughd’s socioeconomic results in January-May and determine tasks for future, according to presidential press service.
