The Government of Tajikistan has approved thelist of goods, materials, devices and equipment for construction of modern greenhouses  that will exempted from payment of the value added tax (VAT) and customs duties while being imported into Tajikistan.  

The government’s regulation that was issued on May 28 has been published by the Justice Ministry’s Centralized Database of Legal Information.  

The list contains 72 items of building materials, devices and equipment.

The list, in particular, includes prefabricated facilities, air conditioners, electric engines and generators, equipment for watering greenhouses, agricultural machines, various fertilizers and so forth.  

By government’s regulation the Customs Service is instructed to ensure the clearance of goods imported into the country according to this list and submit information to the Ministry of Finance until February 1, 2022.
