On the initiative of the President of the Football Federation of Tajikistan, Rustami Emomali, another football ground was built and commissioned in Khorog.
The opening and commissioning ceremony of a new indoor soccer field with artificial turf was attended by the chairman of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region Yodgor Fayzov, the mayor of Khorog Alisher Mirzonabot, the director of the Children's and Youth Football League of Tajikistan Uvaydo Davlatbekov and the head of the Women's Football League of Tajikistan Abdullo Sokiev.
Yodgor Fayzov thanked the Football Federation of Tajikistan for the initiative to build another football ground in Khorog and for a significant contribution to the development and popularization of football in the country.
