Majlisi Namoyandagon member appointed president’s aide for social development and public relations

Emomali Nasriddinzoda, formerly member of Tajikistan’s lower chamber (Majlisi Namoyandagon) and head of the Majlisi Namoyandagon Committee on Legislation and Human Rights, has been appointed the Aide to the President for Social Development and Public Relations, replacing Abdujabbor Rahmonzoda, who was appointed Tajikistan Ambassador to Uzbekistan.  

Nasriddinzoda was born on June 2, 1966 in Moskva district (currently Hamadoni district) of Kulob region, which is currently part of Khatlon province.

He graduated from Tajik Teachers’ Training Institute in 1990 and the Faculty of Law at Tajik National University in 2003.  Nasriddinzoda has a scientific degree of Doctor of Sciences in Law. 

On February 20, 2016, he was elected to the Majlisi Namoyandagon through party list of the ruling People’s Democratic Party of Tajikistan.  

In 2006-2016, Emomali Nasriddinzoda worked with the Faculty of Law a Tajik National University.  In 2011-2016, he served as Dean of the Faculty of Law.      

Nasriddinzoda married with two children.
