Dmitry Kozak, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation, during his visit to Dushanbe to participate in the CSTO and SCO summits, visited the representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo in Tajikistan.
Kozak got acquainted with the activities of the Russian House in Dushanbe, and also attended classes in the educational building, where preparatory courses of the Russian House in physics, Russian language and biology are held, as well as classes in creative studios, the press service of the Rossotrudnichestvo office in Tajikistan reports.
Due to the high demand for admission to Russian universities, many Tajik schoolchildren choose Rossotrudnichestvo subcourses in Dushanbe and Khujand.
Last year alone, 5,292 applicants came to the exams within the framework of the quota campaign, who applied for 630 places.
According to statistics, about 80 percent of those who complete the courses easily pass the entrance exams, emphasizes the press service of Rossotrudnichestvo.
Dmitry Kozak got acquainted with the curricula of 11-graders and wished good luck to the students of the courses.
