, August 8, Asia-Plus  — Two new microrayons are expected to appear in the Khovaron area of


Dushanbe


(eastern part of the Tajik capital) within the next twenty years.

Dushanbe Mayor Mahmadsaid Ubaidulloyev passed an appropriate resolution on this subject at the end of the last week.  By mayor’s resolutions microrayons ## 192 and 193 will be built in the Khovaron area in 2007-2027.

mayor ordered that all private houses to be built in Khovaron should be two- or three-storied buildings and personal plots at the residential buildings should be not more 0.03 hectare.    

Ubaidulloyev ordered at the meeting that key social infrastructure, including roads and educational facilities, would be constructed at the expense of the city budget, while other social facilities such as cinema, youth club, polyclinic, local post office, branch of savings bank, shopping center would be constructed under support of domestic and foreign investors on the basis of competition.  

Chairman of the Shohmansour district of Dushanbe is to provide pulling down of unauthorized residential buildings in accordance with a resolution of inventory working group.
