, July 3, Asia-Plus – President Rahmonov presided over a meeting with participation of heads of a number of ministries and organizations on July 3.
The meeting was held to discuss preparations for celebration of the 15
th
anniversary of
Tajikistan
’s
Independence
, holding of the Forum of Tajiks of the World and the 2700
th
anniversary of the establishment of the city of
Kulob
, according to presidential press service. The source says an active preparation of celebrations to mark these important political, social and cultural events is ongoing. The president ordered relevant organizations to take adequate measures to ensure holding of these events on a high level.
The meeting also considered issues related to preparation of educational facilities for new academic year.
