A working meeting was held at the Ministry of Defense of Tajikistan with the participation of senior and commanding personnel of the Armed Forces and other law enforcement agencies of the republic, at which the issue of developing uniform uniforms for military personnel and law enforcement officers was discussed.
According to the press center of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Tajikistan, the models of the uniform were developed by employees of the defense department together with other specialists in this field.
Earlier, samples of clothing for officers, warrant officers, sergeants and soldiers were presented to the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as to the leadership of the National Army. Now the heads and representatives of the Security Council, the National Guard, the Emergency Situations Service, the Border Troops of the State Committee for National Security, the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Main Directorate for the Execution of Criminal Penalties of the Ministry of Justice and other law enforcement agencies have become familiar with them.
The participants noted that during the years of independence, a single type of military uniform was introduced in the law enforcement agencies of Tajikistan, but today it is necessary to adapt the daily uniforms of military personnel and law enforcement officers to the climatic conditions of the republic by selecting the type of fabric and the correct way of sewing it.
"When choosing the design of the new uniform, all mandatory military standards were taken into account in compliance with national elements. After all, the military uniform worn by members of the Armed Forces, law enforcement agencies and law enforcement agencies are not only a symbol of pride and honor, but also a presentation of the state and the nation in the international arena," the Defense Ministry said.
