on April 13.  

According to him, a decree signed by Russian President Putin in late March allows the FSNK to have up to 50 its representatives seconded to Russian diplomatic mission abroad.  

The Russian FSNK intends to open such offices in


Afghanistan


,


Uzbekistan


and a number of other countries this year as well.  

Besides, at present the sides are considering the possibility of opening of the Tajik Drug Control Agency (DCA) in four Russian cities –


Moscow

St. Petersburg


, Yekaterinburg and


Novosibirsk
