DUSHANBE, December 4, 2009, Asia-Plus — The Committee for Youth, Sports and Tourism Affairs has called on local youth to make contribution to construction of the Roghun hydroelectric power plant (HPP).
According to the committee press service, a working group has been set up, which is currently holding meetings with youth in the Sughd province to persuade local youth to buy shares in Roghun. This action will last in northern Tajikistan till December 6.
The committee will hold similar meetings in other regions of the country as well, the press service said.
