DUSHANBE, May 4, 2009, Asia-Plus — A two-day meeting of the working group for development of a draft concept of the organized recruitment of labor migrants is opening in Minsk, Belarus today, according to the CIS Executive Committee press service.
The draft organized labor migrant recruitment concept is dedicated to regulate all issues related to recruitment of foreign workers and describes the main elements and principles of work of the system of management of labor migration flows.
The document makes clear mention of a mechanism of the organized recruitment of labor migrants, the press service said. After a final coordination of the draft concept by experts, it will be submitted for consideration to the Council of CIS Heads of Government.
