DUSHANBE, April 28, 2009, Asia-Plus  — President Emomali Rahmon introduced a number of staff changes at an April 27 meeting considering preparations for autumn-winter 2009-2010.

According to presidential press service, Umed Davlatzod, formerly deputy head of open joint-stock company (OJSC) Orienbonk, was appointed deputy economic development and trade minister.

Shuhratjon Rahmatboyev, who had previously been head of one of directorates within the State Committee for Investments and State-owned Property, was appointed deputy head of this committee.

Besides, by government’s resolutions Rustam Shodiyev was appointed deputy head of administration of the Free Economic Zone (FEZ) Sughd and Hasan Mahmadaliyev was appointed deputy head of administration of the FEZ Panj.
