The company's management emphasizes that this award is the result of the professionalism and dedication of the "Klubi Bonuvoni FINCA" team.

Press release by FINCA Tajikistan

Spring 2026 marked a significant milestone for LLC MDO FINCA. According to press release issued by FINCA Tajikistan, the company’s efforts to support women’s businesses received high praise from Tajikistan’s financial regulator and reached a new strategic level. FINCA announced two important events: receiving an award from the National Bank and joining the global initiative WE Finance Code.

FINCA Tajikistan received a diploma for 2nd place and a commemorative statuette from the National Bank. This award was presented based on the results of the 2025 competition for the title of the best financial organization providing non-banking services to women entrepreneurs.

The main credit for this achievement belongs to FINCA Women’s Club. Their daily and effective work was the foundation of our success. The company’s management emphasizes that this award is the result of the professionalism and dedication of the club’s team. They truly demonstrate that “FINCA” not only offers loans and deposits but also cares about the education and support of its clients.

Another significant step was the official joining of FINCA Tajikistan to the Women Entrepreneurs Finance Code (WE Finance Code). The ceremony took place on April 3, 2026, in Dushanbe. The event was organized by the Association of Financial Organizations of Tajikistan (AFOT) in cooperation with the EBRD and with the support of the National Bank.

WE Finance Code is an international initiative to support businesses led by women. Participation in it will help FINCA offer more convenient credit products and develop non-financial services: mentoring, business training, and financial literacy enhancement.

For FINCA, signing the Code is a strategic step. By leveraging the international experience of the WE Finance Code, the company plans to elevate the support for women’s businesses in the region to a new level.

The Director-General of FINCA Tajikistan, Andrey Palka, emphasized the importance of this work, especially in rural areas:

“Joining the Code is a logical continuation of our mission. We understand that women in rural areas are the backbone of the local economy, yet they find it most challenging to grow. Therefore, we are going beyond ordinary lending. We want every woman entrepreneur to have the tools, capital, and confidence to develop her business.”

As part of the global FINCA Impact Finance network, MDO FINCA in Tajikistan continues to help its clients improve their quality of life, increase assets, and create new jobs.
