LONDON, January 24, 2011, Asia-Plus — Young Tajik soccer player Behzod Sharipov will play for reserves of FootballCV Reds in England, Great Britain.

Asia-Plus’ reporter in London was witness of a trial done by FootballCV Reds for Behzod last week.  The trial was successful.

In Tajikistan, Behzod Sharipov played for “TsSKA,” “Pamir” and “Regar-TadAz.”  He also studied at the youth team of St. Petersburg’s “Zenit.”

FootballCV Reds is the club name of the FootballCV Academy, originally known as FCV Reds the Academy reverted to their current name in July 2009.  The Reds which play their home fixtures at Nene Park (home of the FootballCV Academy) in Irthlingborough, Northamptonshire held their first ever match on September 5, 2007.

During the inaugural season of 2007 – 2008, FootballCV Reds entered into the Football Conference Youth League Midland Division.  In 2008-2009, it entered into the Football Conference Youth League and the Central Conference Reserve League, Northamptonshire County U18’s Cup, English Colleges U18’s Cup and the prestigious FA Youth Cup.

The season of 2009 – 2010 again seen the Academy enter into the re-named Football Conference Alliance, Central Conference Reserve League, Northamptonshire County U18’s Cup, English Colleges U18’s Cup and FA Youth Cup.

The Academy creates the best environment for soccer players to achieve their academic and footballing goals.  According to the Academy’s website, fees for International Players are from £22,500 for students wishing to study one of the college courses on offer.  Fees for students not wishing to study will be £18,500. This includes all coaching, kits, equipment, tutoring, coaching, entertainment, excursions, guest speakers, accommodation and meals for seven days a week.
