Potential opening of a pre-migration training center under Tajik Migration Service was discussed at a meeting between top Tajik Migration official Safiallo Devonaev with head of mission of the International Organization for Migration in Tajikistan Zeynal Hajiev.
The sides have also talked about potential organization and conduction of German language courses for Tajik labor migrants on the basis of Dushanbe #66 and #30 colleges, press service of the Tajik Migration Service reports.
Safiallo Devonaev said Tajik Migration Services prioritizes such directions as regulation of migration processes in Tajikistan, protection of the interests of labor migrants, training of potential labor migrants taking into account the demand at international labor market.
Zeynal Hajiev told top Tajik migration official about the forthcoming presentation of priority directions of IOM mission in Tajikistan due in July this year.
The sides also talked about IOM’s activity in terms of attraction of donors, including Asian Development Bank, for resolution of current financial problems and further implementation of projects in Tajikistan’s migration sector.
Head of IOM mission offered to broadcast a film about labor migration on state TV channels and contribute to set up of an expert group for monitoring and analysis of labor migration.
