KONIBODOM, June 21, Asia-Plus — Mr. Dag Malmer Halvorsen, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway to Tajikistan, yesterday visited the city of Konibodom in Sughd province.
According to the Konibodom administration, Konibodom Mayor Numonjon Obidov acquainted Ambassador Halvorsen with varies spheres of the city’s economy and the process of implementation of socioeconomic projects in Konibodom.
During the visit, Norwegian diplomat, in particular, got acquainted with conditions of distribution of waters of the Isfarinka River, met with representatives of local Association of Hunters and Fishers, and visited high school in the Patar jamoat.
