DUSHANBE, November 1, 2008, Asia-Plus  — Heating systems of the Dushanbe secondary schools and kindergartens have bee repaired and made ready for the winter, the deputy Dushanbe mayor, Jamshed Mansourov said.  

According to him, not all schools and kindergartens in the city are served by the central heating system, and therefore, relevant municipal services have been charged “to prepare electrical stoves to provide these schools and kindergartens with heat during the winter months.”

According to the Dushanbe mayor’s office, 101 secondary schools and 82 kindergartens now function in the city.
