at the beginning of the week to negotiate the launch of a joint venture on producing TV and radio transmitters.    

Khushvakhtullo Aliyev, director general of the open joint-stock company “Teleradiocom”, has told Asia-Plus that the joint venture is supposed to be launched already this year.  According to him, the “Somerset GBI LTD” company in engaged in production and installation of digital telecommunications and TV and radio equipment and it plans to arrange production of this output in
