, April 3, Asia-Plus – An exposition of works of Ukrainian painter Dmitry Khotev was held at the “
Bactria
”
Cultural
Center
in
Dushanbe
on April 1.
Ms. Amal Khanum Gadjiyeva, the “
Bactria
” Center coordinator for cultural and foreign ties, has told Asia-Plus that paintings representing
Tajikistan
’s nature and mountains were on display in the exposition at the Center.
According to her, in 1992-198 the painter studied at schools of art in
Sweden
and
Spain
. Canvasses of Dmitry Khotev were displayed in
Madrid
,
Kiev
, and
Paris
.
A solo concert of Oleg Kharitonov was held on sidelines of the exhibition. He performed Russian romances.
