KULOB, April 3, Asia-Plus – Kulob Socialists have expressed vote of no confidence to Abduhalim, Ghafforov, head of the Socialist Party’s (SPT) wing officially registered with the Justice Ministry.

, has told Asia-Plus that in November 2005 they stopped their membership to Mirhusein Nazriyev-run wing of the Socialist Party and joined the party’s wing run by Abduhalim Ghafforov.  “But Mr. Ghafforov has failed to keep his promises,” Mr. Islomov said.

,” said Sharif Islomov, “Mr. Ghafforov promised to reimbursed all their travel expenses.” “The conference was not held and Ghafforov has even not met with his supporters from Kulob,” the Asia-Plus interlocutor said.  

“He even has not considered it necessary to apologize for the caused financial damage,” Islomov said, noting that now they will apply for joining Nazriyev-run wing of the Socialist Party.
