“The group should study the problems and prepare certain conclusions and recommendations that will be submitted in a form of program to the city authorities for consideration,” head of the

“At present we have set three problems to be studied: drinking water, public transport and construction,” said Rajab Mirzo, “The group is to prepare, first of all, analysis of the situation with drinking water for discussion at the next session of the organization.”
