KULOB, April 13, Asia-Plus – In January-March 2006, the Kulob branch of the State Committee for Management of State-owned Property has concluded rent agreements with various local enterprises and organizations for 5,800 Somonis. 

According to information from the Kulob branch of the State Committee for Management of State-owned Property, it is just a new direction in their activities and therefore the results are not so impressive.  

“We have no enough proper skills and experience,” said the source, “Over the mentioned three-month period, two blacksmith’s workshops have been sold by auction.” 

According to the source, they have spent many times in the first quarter on the preparatory work for large auction scheduled for late April – early May.  

Properties of the Amirshoyev Farm sealed by the tax police for almost one million Somonis will be put up at auction in May, the source said.
