  today afternoon to attend a two-day session of the council of the CIS interior ministers, which will open in the Tajik capital on April 21.   

According to information from the Russian Embassy in


Dushanbe


, during his stay in


Tajikistan


the Russian minister will meet with President Emomali Rahmonov.  The two are expected to discuss issues of cooperation in addressing modern challenges and threats.
