the crew would have the rest during the next 48 hours.  “We a re confident of our crews and I assure you that there cannot be any negative moments during the flights,” Rasulov said, adding that under the charter of the national airline the crew should work 12 hours a day.   “If the nor is exceeded, a pilot has the right of staying at hotel,” Zafar Rasulov said, noting the same practice is in the Domodedovo airline as well.  

On the foreseeable plans of Tajik air carrier, its head Hokimsho Tilloyev said that they planned reorganize the company’s structure and establish the resources management center that would solve issues related to improvement of a level of serving passengers, increase in quantity of passengers, interaction with other air companies and agencies, s well as price formation policy, the company’s profitability. 

A special commission has been set up monitoring activities structural sub-divisions of the company for the purpose of determining tasks and providing efficient work of them.  

At present the company’s air stewards and employees of the marketing service are being vetted for the purpose of raising quality of work, Tilloyev said.
