DUSHANBE, August 25, Asia-Plus — A ceremonial meeting to mark the 70

th

birthday of known poet and writer Timur Zulfiqorov was held in the Literature Museum named after Nikolai Tolstoy in Moscow on August 24.  

According to information from the Tajik Embassy in Moscow, an exhibition of works by Timur Zulfiqorov and photographs telling life of the known writer was held in the museum on sidelines of the meeting.    

The source says director of the museum, Professor V. Remizov inaugurated the meeting.  Many known Russia, Tajik and Uzbek writers, artistes and cinematographers as well as admirers of his talent came to congratulate Timur Zulfiqorov.
