DUSHANBE, October 30, Asia-Plus – A session of the Alliance of Ethnic Minorities of Tajikistan held in Dushanbe on October 28 adopted a statement supporting candidacy of incumbent President Emomali Rahmonov.

A statement, in particular, said that the alliance had considered election programs of all candidates for president and decided to set up an initiative public staff for supporting candidacy of Emomali Rahmonov.  The staff is carrying out work on agitation for Rahmonov in Dushanbe, districts subordinate to the center and the Khatlon province.
