DUSHANBE, November 2, Asia-Plus – The CIS Executive Secretary Vladimir Rushailo, who heads the CIS election observation mission in Tajikistan, will arrive in Dushanbe on November 4, according to Tajikistan’s Central Commission for Elections and Referenda (CCER).

Muhibullo Dodojonov, a spokesman for the CCER, told Asia-Plus that during stay in Tajikistan Rushailo is scheduled to hold talks with the CCER head Mirzoali Boltuyev, senior representatives from Tajikistan’s government and foreign ministry, as well as representatives of political parties participating in the presidential election.   

The CIS executive secretary will stay in Tajikistan until November 7, when the election’s results will be summed up.
